- AI-generated images for articles

3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To use the Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Credits and Payments
4.1 Credit System
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to generate articles and related content. Credit costs vary based on the AI mode selected:
- Legacy Mode: Approximately $0.15 per article
- Pro Blogger Mode: Approximately $0.20 per article
- Elite Pro+ Mode: Approximately $0.35 per article
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments through Paddle (credit cards, PayPal), EasyPaisa, and Bank Transfer. All payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
5. Content Usage and Ownership
5.1 Generated Content
Content generated through the Service is provided for your use. You retain ownership of the generated content once created. However, we make no guarantees about the uniqueness or originality of AI-generated content.
5.2 Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Generate content that violates any laws or regulations
- Create misleading, defamatory, or harmful content
- Violate intellectual property rights of others
- Generate content for illegal activities
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or harm the Service
6. Ad Network Approval Rates
We provide estimated approval rates for various ad networks (80%, 90%, 99.9% depending on the mode). These are estimates based on our experience and are not guarantees. Actual approval depends on many factors including your website, niche, and the specific ad network's policies at the time of application.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORTILABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
